Refund Policy

Our goal at Enterprise Aquatics is to provide high-quality products, shipped timely and correctly to you according to your request. We are available for assistance in product selection. Should you find that the product you ordered is no longer needed or if it does not fit your needs, then please contact us to return it.

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Special order
There is a 10% restocking fee for special order fountains, pumps, filtration and aeration equipment. You are responsible for return shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, which we should have on file as well. We sell water equipment and cannot take back used equipment after installation.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@enterpriseaquatics.com or call the office at (225) 308-4145. If your return is accepted, we will issue an RA (return authorization) number. You will write this on the package plainly and return ship it. We will communicate if it is to be shipped back to us or the manufacturer.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your order has obviously been damaged, don’t accept the shipment if you have that option.  Digital photos are helpful to document damage from shipping.  

Occasionally there can be a manufacturer’s defective product. We will be glad to work with you to get the product replaced ASAP, and in some instances we can get a call tag for free return shipping, as well as a direct replacement sent from the manufacturer. Kasco fountains and aerators are one of the manufacturers that work great for customer satisfaction should a product have an issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as fish food, or opened consumables-water treatments), and custom ordered products. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return with the coordinating RA#, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method and send you confirmation from our source. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
